Child of the Wild Blue. By CpSingleton © 2014
Oh, child of winter, sea and grace,
Ride thy horse and keep the pace.
Over ocean, untamed, free,
The moon, sun, stars: your trinity.
With tales to tell and wisdom pure,
A soul supreme, of that I’m sure.
You ride the wind and capture spray,
All wrapped in magic’s words to say.
A journey with no end or post.
No trophy, but a life to boast.
A spirit made from wandering wings.
We’re thankful for what the North Sea brings.
