Loony Laws and Northern Joy. By CpSingleton © 2016
Young Jonny wanted to travel the world and experience the many different cultures. He bought travel guides and brochures for Ghana to Malaysia. He looked into the shots he would need and the laws that were enforced. Some of which made him wonder what the hell the world was thinking.
For instance, after looking on Wikipedia, he found out that In Thailand, it is illegal to leave your house without your underwear on: a law that would have half of his family imprisoned. He also found that in France, it’s illegal to name a pig Napoleon. He finally misread that in the US they had the right to arm bears! As if the furry rage-monsters weren’t dangerous enough, with their big old claws and sharp teeth.
After reading that In Capri, Italy, it’s illegal to wear excessively loud footwear and knowing how his flip-flops squeaked against his large flat feet, Jonny threw the brochures in the bin and decided it would be best if he explored the north of England first. To what he could make out the only obscure law there is to rise above the silliness of the south.
